It was carrying loads of cement to a building site. There is no other way of moving construction materials around.

37 Murren There is only one way to get garbage down from the village, and that's by carrying it below the cable-car.	38 Murren Edelweiss only grows in altitudes above 2000m. We spent hours looking for some all over the mountains around the village before we noticed it gowning in these big pots around the entrance to our hotel.	39 Wengen	40 Wengen We saw these wild Chamois from a cable car	41 M�nnlichen	42 M�nnlichen Because M�nnlichen is over 2220m above sea level it was snowing, even though we were in the middle of summer.

Our hotel is the white building right on the edge of the cliff.	47 Grindelwald We saw these wild Marmots from the cable-car to Grindelwald.	48 Grindelwald Spot the Japanese tourists in this picture.
49 Grindelwald All the trains in the region have cogs like these built into them. When they are going up steep hills they lower the cogs which engage with teeth in the track to pull the train up.	50 Grindelwald Swiss vending machines have everything.
